Attention 16-26 year olds:

SmARTarts Arts and Cultural Festival 06 is offering FREE creative arts programs to people aged 16-26. SmARTarts is looking for people wanting to build skills and become:

Festival Coordinators; where you can learn event management, sponsorship/funding, staging

Emerging Artists;  where you can learn design and web skills, sculpture and arts promotion

Festival participants/audiences; where you can enter in competitions and enjoy the free programs offered!
