This poster was discussed in a class I attended earlier this week (well - education is a lifelong experience). The most objectionable thing for me is stereotypification of being Australian - we’re just a bunch of ocker’s, and I admit to using the language however it is the subscription to this doctrine that reflects a lack of identifiable multiculturalism that is objectionable. RAIA Gold Medal Award announcement 9 March

The Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) Gold Medal Award, will be announced in Perth on Thursday 9 March 2006.

Previous Gold Medal winners include internationally recognised architects such as Glenn Murcutt, Keith Cottier, Gregory Burgess, Ken Woolley, Professor Peter McIntyre, Professor Brit Andresen, Gabriel Poole and Philip Cox.
